Healing Jesus Campaign Malawi Coming Soon!
The Healing Jesus secretariat has released the dates for the up coming campaign in the country of Malawi.
The campaign will cover six (6) cities namely Zomba, Liwonde, Salima, Kasungu, Mzuzu and Karonga. The campaign comes off this October.
Malawi is a landlocked country in southeastern Africa. It is defined by its topography of highlands split by the Great Rift Valley and enormous Lake Malawi.
The lake’s southern end falls within Lake Malawi National Park – sheltering diverse wildlife from colorful fish to baboons – and its clear waters are popular for diving and boating. Peninsular Cape Maclear is known for
its beach resorts.
The country has population of 18.09 million people.
The campaign last year visited countries like Zambia also in the Eastern Africa region.
Definitely the people of Malawi will never be the same again.

Was Jesus Just A Sign-Writer or Wonder-Worker?
Strangely, referring to John the Baptist it says, “John produced not one sign”.
Confirmation of his message came through Christ’s miracles. (John 10:41). Old Testament signs were prophetic.
New Testament signs indicate the invisible, except when referring to the Cross and Resurrection which are sign-truths in themselves. John’s Gospel is built around half a dozen miracle-signs and eight or so “I am” signs. “These are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God and that by believing you may have life through his name.” 20:31.
In John’s Gospel and three epistles he never uses the word ‘miracle’ (Gr. dunamis) though it occurs 120 times in the New Testament. It is always “signs’ (Gr. semieon.) He prefers action words, and avoids static nouns like faith, repentance, knowledge.
John’s Gospel is unique. It tests readers. Do they know the language of the heart to “see” the signs? If so, ‘Look and live!’ or else never know what you are missing. He that believes has life. He who does not believe is already condemned”.
John records that many believed on Christ’s name seeing His signs, but He did not commit Himself to them (2:23-25). They saw but did not perceive, like Peter first going into Christ’s empty tomb, whereas John “saw and believed”.
Many accepted the signs Christ wrought, but He appeared to them only a wonder-worker, a sign-writer, but expelling demons, (e.g.) was a sign of the everlasting Kingdom of God. (Luke 11:20) For us to understand a miracle-sign fills Christ with joy. (Matthew 11:16-26). Christ pronounced seven “Woes” against cities where His greatest miracles took place “because they did not repent”.
They accepted the superficial and rejected its glorious objective. After His lament over the doomed cities He rejoiced in spirit with thanks to the Father who revealed the meanings to “babes and suckling”.

There He Became the Cosmic Center Where All Evil and Goodness Met
Laughed at by the crowds, tortured by the soldiers, deserted by his friends, slowly bleeding to death, Jesus was utterly helpless.
And yet it was at the cross that the power of God was released. How can this be? One way to picture it is through nuclear power.
In every atom, positive and negative forces are held together in balance. But when the atom is split, positive splits from negative and power is released, either for destruction or for benefit.
Something like this happened on the cross. Hanging there, Jesus experienced in himself two opposing forces – the negative of our sins and the positive of God’s love.
Jesus was the holy, perfect Son of God, and yet on the cross, as we saw earlier, he was made “sin for us.” 15 There he became the cosmic center where all evil and goodness met.
Finally, Jesus overcame evil, which split away, setting loose new powers of righteousness and resurrection.
Evil, death, guilt and fear are conquered, while the saving power of God’s love is released for everyone who asks for it.
Within three days this new power swung into action, when Christ gloriously and triumphantly rose from the dead.
And ever since, a wave of spiritual power has swept forward through the world and down the generations, bringing God’s new life to everything it touches.

Don’t Wait For Opportunities, Create Them
An evangelist is an opportunist. He doesn’t wait for opportunities, he creates them.
He doesn’t strike the iron WHILE it is hot, but UNTIL it is hot – and then keeps striking.
He doesn’t have a glory-party when the walls of Jericho have fallen, but crawls over the rubble, sword in hand, to clear every street, suburb and soul from the enemy.

In every sphere in heaven and earth Christ is Lord
Augustus, emperor of Rome, had attained supreme lordship in BC 27.
His birth name was Octavius but they created the title Augustus to honor his eminence. However, to Luke, Caesar Augustus was only background to the Lord from heaven.
That child bedded in straw in a feeding trough was to impact the world in a way no emperor could imagine, and a wider world than Augustus dreamed existed.
Augustus described himself as ‘lord and savior’, which was self-flattery! Luke placed the birth of Jesus in a world setting. Jesus is Lord! Lord of all kings, King of all lords.
Augustus was appointed as sole emperor by the authority of the Senate. Jesus needed no Senate, no presidential campaigning, nor electors. Jesus never became King.
He had always been King and was born King. Nobody else ever was. They only became king and received royal authority at their crowning.
Nobody ever crowned Jesus, except with thorns. He derives His authority from nobody. He is what He is, all-sufficient, El Shaddai.
He did not come as a candidate and we are not His acceptance committee. Christ is Lord and has overcome enemies that no power of Rome, no power of any state, could subdue.
The world’s technology and military might is not able to cure the curse of the demonic evils and guilt that trouble mankind. But Jesus does! In every sphere in heaven and earth Christ is Lord, and has shown Himself supreme always and everywhere.
He has the keys even of death and hell.
