Israelis Welcome ‘Miracle’ Rains As Sea Of Galilee Rises

0

For years, the Sea of Galilee has been shrinking. Then, this past winter delivered a pleasant surprise to the biblical lake. While this ancient body of water isn’t out of danger, a rainy winter has helped bring relief.

“A miracle,” said Roni Manor from Kibbutz Ginnosar on the Sea of Galilee.

Just six months ago, the Sea of Galilee was in trouble due to years of little rain and drought-like conditions.  After years of low rainfall, the tourist boats could only dock near the end of the pier at Ginnosar. Now, after a rainy winter, things are looking up.

“We have (had) a lot of rain and snow that come(s) from the Hermon Mountain.  Usually, we have about 350 millimeters of rain. This year we have more than 600 millimeters. It was a shock to the water in Israel,” Manor told CBN News.

The last time the Sea of Galilee — or Kinneret as it is referenced in the Old Testament — was full was in 2008 and before that 1996.

In November we visited Kibbutz Ginnosar. The water level was way down and the water’s edge was dozens of feet from where it is now.

“Every time we arrive to the dangerous point, somebody (does) something for us,” Manor said pointing at the sky.

Streams that feed the Kinneret are brimming with water. Trees were on the banks of the lake for years are now underwater. And other areas that were completely dry are now covered.  And though the rains are finished until next winter, there’s melting snow from the Hermon and streams still feeding the lake.

Daniel Carmel runs the Worship Boats.  He said in November they could hardly dock here.

“(Tourists) don’t know how is the Sea of Galilee when it’s full. This is the lowest that I ever saw. In 25 years that I’m here this is the lowest,” Carmel told us then.

Now Joseph Gina from the Francis Jordan Sailing Ship says things have changed.

“This year it’s very, very good, thank God for this, OK this is a miracle by the way, So this year it’s a lot of raining. So the level in the Sea of Galilee it’s come up very, very good,” Gina told CBN News

While the winter rain delivered a much-needed miracle, the Sea of Galilee is clearly not out of danger.

Last fall Carmel asked people to pray.

“Prayers (have) been answered. Halleluyah!” Carmel told CBN News now.  “I would call it a miracle. Don’t stop praying, continue, so next winter we’ll have the same.”

As people here and around the world pray for this key body of water, Israel is doing what it can to make new water sources and preserve the unique biblical lake.

Speak The Blessings Of God Over Your Life

0

God’s blessings are His supernatural power. He imparts it to His people and uses it to pour His abundance into our lives. To have the blessing of God upon your life is to be blessed in every way possible. Beloved, you must receive them, by faith, and act on His promises.

For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established.

Romans 1:11

Today, we are marked by God’s Name. God has marked YOU. You are part of a royal seed, the spiritual lineage of Jesus Christ. You have inherited all the blessings of God. The royal blood now flows in your veins. God has planned to release upon you His commanded blessings, and to bless you with all that He is and all that He has.

God has ordained for His blessings to be passed from generation to generation, through those He has anointed and authorized!

Moses, Aaron, and the priests were God-designated authorities for speaking blessings over the people. Also, God has ordained fathers to release His blessings over their households by speaking it over their wives and children. Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob called their sons around them, laid their hands upon them, and blessed them in the name of the Lord.

For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.

II Timothy 1:6, NIV

Eli, the priest, spoke God’s blessings over Hannah, a woman who had been unable to conceive a child for many years. After she poured out her heart to God in prayer for a son, she was blessed with Samuel … and then six more children followed.

Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant thee thy petition that thou hast asked of him.

I Samuel 1:17

In the Early Church, God established the five-fold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. They are delegated authorities, raised up to minister to the Church and bring it to full maturity in Him. The apostles were looked upon as spiritual fathers and were used by God to release and impart spiritual blessings to the Church.

God is now raising up true apostolic spiritual fathers. He will use them to strengthen and nurture the Church. A new generation of spiritual fathers is being enlisted by the Holy Spirit to provide the love, training, provision, reproduction, and impartation that He has ordained. Those apostolic spiritual fathers will be used by God to release and pronounce God’s blessings upon His spiritual sons and daughters.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.

II Corinthians 13:14

Receive the fullness of His blessings upon yourself, your family, your ministry, and all that you have. By faith, begin to speak His blessings over your life, over your physical body, over your marriage, over your children, and over your finances!

Your heavenly Father has marked you with His name. He has released His blessings upon you. His blessings have been sealed with His oath. They cannot be reversed. He has promised to bless you!

Say this faith declaration out loud:
God has marked me with His name. He is the divine Source of all blessing. I am blessed of the Father with His supernatural blessing. He has blessed me with all that He is and all that He has. By faith, I will walk under His commanded blessings.

Preparing Our Children For Battle

0
For years now, I have been making the claim that the loose morals, the dope problem, illicit sex, homosexuality, the raging in the streets of the world by young people, drug addicts, hippies, revolutionaries, was more than just the changing times we live in. It is more than just young people disenchanted with the so-called hypocrisy of the older generation or a new set of morals coming upon the world.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Ephesians 6:12

To many I have raised up in the Gospel, I am known as “Spiritual Papa.” As your very own “Spiritual Papa,” I must reinforce to you and your family, that there is a war in the unseen world being waged, and its chief adversary is Satan. He is Enemy Number One—the tempter par excellence—and he still acts with treacherous cunning. He is the secret enemy that sows errors and misfortunes in human history.

We have been training our sons and daughters in Christ—telling them that if they just come to Jesus, everything would be all right. Everything will work out fine! Oh, the disillusionment!

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The evidence is the tremendous amount of sons and daughters of saved parents who have rebelled against the faith of their mother and father while the parents stood and watched helplessly, crying, “Oh God, where did we fail You … what did we do that caused our Johnny, our Sally, to wander into the world.”

We have not prepared soldiers! We have been busy preparing sons and daughters, but not soldiers:

  • We have given no information on the enemy.
  • We have not revealed who he is and what he is capable of.
  • We have not prepared our sons and daughters for battle. Neither has the church prepared God’s sons and daughters for battle.

The truth is:
On the other side of the coin is the great news that we now know how to deal with Satan. The call of Jesus is a call to battle.

Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Proverbs 22:6, NKJV

Beloved, I am inviting you to take my 7-week course, Manifested Sons of God, through my online Legacy School of Ministry. Manifested Sons of God will teach you that in the same manner that Jesus was the expressed image of the Father, we ought to be the expressed image of the Son of God by manifesting everything that Jesus is and everything that He possesses. This course reveals how to receive your spiritual inheritance and claim your rightful possessions as a true son and daughter of the manifested God. Enroll today!

Say this faith declaration out loud:
I have powerful spiritual weapons in my hands to face the battles in my life today. I will use them with God-given authority. When Satan challenges my authority, I will stand in the same strength and power demonstrated by the Lord Jesus Christ.

Remembering Ruth Bell Graham’s Godly Example

0

The vibrant life of Ruth Bell Graham, wife of Billy Graham and mother to their five children, started 99 years ago.

On June 10, 1920, Ruth was born to medical missionaries L. Nelson and Virginia Leftwich Bell in Qingjiang, Kiangsu, China. She met Billy Graham while attending Wheaton College, and their 63-year marriage—and partnership in ministry—began after their wedding on Aug. 13, 1943, in Montreat, North Carolina.

While Ruth passed away 12 years ago on June 14, 2007, she continues to serve as a role model of faith and faithfulness. Her heart was close to her heavenly Father’s, and everyone around her was inspired and blessed by it.

Below are some stories and memories of a few of her inspiring traits, which we hope encourage you in your own spiritual walk with God.

Dedicated to God’s Call

“Gently, tactfully, persistently, I tried to suggest and then to persuade Bill that perhaps he, too, should go to Tibet to be a missionary. It was obvious that I was doing the calling, not God. Weeks passed. Finally Bill turned to me. ‘Do you believe that God brought us together?’

I did. Unquestionably.

‘In that case,’ Bill said firmly. ‘God will lead me and you will do the following.’

I have been following ever since.” —Ruth Bell GrahamIt’s My Turn

Ruth and her children Gigi, Anne, Ruth, Franklin and Ned sitting on the porch steps.

Diligent Student of God’s Word

“I would go down to my mother’s room early in the morning. Her light would be on, and I would find her at her big, flat-top desk. She would have about 14 different translations of the Bible spread out. She would be reading and studying her Bible. I would go down to her room late at night. I would see the light on underneath the door and I’d go in, and she would be on her knees in prayer. As I look back on my childhood, I cannot remember any impression whatsoever that my mother was ever lonely. She may have been lonely, but I never saw it. I believe that our heavenly Father, our Savior, saved my mother from loneliness because of her daily walk with the Lord Jesus—He was the love of her life. I saw that in her life. It was her love for the Lord Jesus, with whom she walks every day, that made me want to love Him and walk with Him like that.” —Anne Graham Lotz, daughter

Godly Mother

“My father, due to his demanding schedule, lived out faith for us largely from afar—and he loved us very dearly—Mother lived out her faith in front of us day in and day out. She was more often our primary example. Mother’s was a practical, everyday faith. Her faith touched all that she did, but not in an ostentatious kind of way. Mother expressed her faith and her love of God through the common activities of life. Her conversation, for example, was suffused with talk of what God was teaching her. We constantly overheard her discussing the Scriptures with adults or sharing stories of people she knew whose lives had been changed by God through Christ. Her countenance softened—and it still does—when she talked about God.” —Ruth Graham, daughter

Full of Joy

“One morning Mama called me to get up for school. I had been out late the night before, and I didn’t feel like budging. My mother is a very unpredictable woman, and I’m sure I get plenty of my spunk from her. … She quietly walked into my room, grabbed the overflowing ashtray by my bed, and dumped the cigarette butts and ashes all over my head. … The next night I locked my door. The following morning Mama found a little firecracker of mine in her tool box, lit the fuse, and slid it under the door. … By throwing in good doses of humor and fun, our relationship was full of grace and had some space for the tensions to ease.” —Franklin Graham, son, Rebel With a Cause

Loving Wife

“I am so grateful to the Lord that He gave me Ruth, and especially for these last few years we’ve had in the mountains together. … We’ve rekindled the romance of our youth, and my love for her continued to grow deeper every day. I will miss her terribly, and look forward even more to the day I can join her in Heaven.” —Billy Graham, following Ruth’s passing

Decision America Tour Returning To North Carolina This Fall

0

Franklin Graham’s ongoing Decision America Tour will roll across his home state of North Carolina this fall.

From October 1–13, the Decision America Tar Heel State Tour will make eight stops in Fayetteville, Greenville, Wilmington, Raleigh, Greensboro, Hickory, Charlotte and Asheville.

Billy Graham was born and raised in Charlotte, which is home to the Billy Graham Library and the headquarters of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA). Before Mr. Graham passed away in February 2018, he spent many years in Montreat, North Carolina, just outside Asheville. That’s where Franklin Graham and his four siblings were raised.

“The work of BGEA has deep roots in North Carolina, and I am excited to have the opportunity to preach the Gospel in cities across the Tar Heel state,” Franklin Graham said.

The Decision America Tour has been traveling across the United States since the beginning of 2016, when Franklin Graham visited all 50 state capitals to lead Americans in prayer and call the nation back to God.

The final stop of the 2016 tour took place in Raleigh, North Carolina, where more than 14,000 people crowded the Capitol Grounds to pray together.

Since then, Franklin Graham has continued to travel to various regions of the country—most recently the Northeast—to tell people the Good News of Jesus Christ.

“There’s lots of religions in this world, but there’s only one Jesus,” he shared with thousands of people in Syracuse, New York, last month. “He gave you a soul, and it’s valuable because He paid for it with His blood.”

When dozens of upstate New Yorkers walked to the front of the venue to indicate making a decision for Christ, Franklin Graham led them in a prayer of repentance and faith. Then he reminded them they just got a fresh start.

105 Year Old Rev. Hattie Mae Allen Still Preaches Every Week

0

At 105-years old, the Rev. Hattie Mae Allen is a great-great-grandmother who still preaches every week even though she has been doing it for 57 years.

Two Sundays ago, at an event recognizing her decades of passionate ministry in her community at her church in Temple, Texas, known simply as Jesus, she preached a message billed, “Where are you and why are you here?” according to TDT News.

God’s love, she warned, is the only thing protecting human beings from the lake of fire. Bishop Aaron Toliver of Temple, who oversees her Allen’s church along with seven others, says she believes and obeys Scripture.

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?” he said at the event, reading from Romans 10.

“If we don’t obey it, there’s nothing between us and the lake,” said Allen, who came from a family of 12 siblings and has outlived all but two of them.

Obedience to Scripture and holy living, she warned, must come first in Christian living.

“We have to be separate from everything that is not Him,” she said. “We put Jesus first.”

She argues that when people have the love of God, it helps them to love everyone else.

“He wants us to be in love,” she said. “Love is something beautiful. I love everybody. I have two daughters, one of them is 84 and the other one is 70. I love them, but I don’t love them enough to put God down and go with them.”

Even though she does not have a formal degree, Allen told the TDT that she has a “PhD” in Jesus.

“I have a pure heart’s desire, and that is what God will honor in the end,” she said.

“As a child, I was sent to the bedroom to study and then went into the living room to speak them to my mother. Because of that and more, I learned to live as an example of a member of the Body of Christ,” she explained. “I was raised with love, respect and good virtues.”

Ruth Freeman, one of Allen’s daughters, told Fox News it was beautiful to see her mother live out her faith the way she has.

“For her to still be able to do that, and honor her at 105 and she still has that desire. That was just wonderful. That’s a blessing!” Freeman said.

Allen who still lives independently boasts proudly that it’s just “me and Jesus.”

Toliver, who has been a preacher for over 30 years, says over the years he has been blessed by Allen’s knowledge. She has taught him a lot he says and described her as “full of wisdom and knowledge.”

“I believe she was sent by God to help me. She is a wonderful woman of God,” he said.

Maintain Integrity – By David Ibiyeomie

0

Prov. 11:3 -The integrity of the honest keeps them on track; the deviousness of crooks brings them to ruin. {MSG}
Job 27:5b -I’ll not deny my integrity even if it costs me my life. I’m holding fast to my integrity and not loosening my grip— and, believe me, I’ll never regret it. {MSG}

Integrity is the qualifications of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. It is generally a personal choice to hold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards.

Success will come and go, but integrity is forever. Integrity means doing the right thing at all times and in all circumstances, whether or not anyone is watching. It takes having the courage to do the right thing, no matter what the consequences will be. Building a reputation of integrity takes years, but it takes only a second to lose; so never allow yourself to ever do anything that would damage your integrity.

We live in a world where integrity isn’t talked about nearly enough. We live in a world where “the end justifies the means” has become an acceptable school of thought for far too many.

It may seem like people can gain power quickly and easily if they are willing to cut corners and act without the constraints of morality. Dishonesty may provide instant gratification in the moment but it will never last. I can think of several examples of people without integrity who are successful and who win without ever getting caught, which creates a false perception of the path to success that one should follow.

But doing that, you lose your ability to be trusted as a person of integrity, which is the most valuable quality anyone can have in their life. Profit in cash or power is temporary, but profit in a network of people who trust you as a person of integrity is forever.

Every one person who trusts you will spread the word of that trust to at least a few of their associates, and word of your character will spread like wildfire. The value of the trust others have in you is far beyond anything that can be measured.

For you, it means having an army of people that are willing to go the extra mile to help you because they know that recommending you to others will never bring damage to their own reputation of integrity. Yes, the value of the trust others have in you goes beyond anything that can be measured because it brings along with it limitless opportunities and endless possibilities.

Warren Buffet, said, “In looking for people to hire, look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy.  And if they don’t have the first one, the other two will kill you.”  A person’s dishonesty will eventually catch up to them. It may not be today, and it may not be for many years, but you can rest assured that at some point, there will always be a reckoning.

For those who are striving for a reputation of integrity: Avoid those who are not trustworthy. Do not do business with them. Do not associate with them. Do not make excuses for them.  Do not allow yourself to get enticed into believing that “while they may be dishonest with others, they would never be dishonest with me.” If someone is dishonest in any aspect of his life, you can be guaranteed that he will be dishonest in many aspects of his life. You cannot dismiss even those little acts of dishonesty; after all, if a person cannot be trusted in the simplest matters of honesty, then how can he possibly be trusted to uphold lengthy and complex assignment?

It is important to realize that others pay attention to those you have chosen to associate with, and they will inevitably judge your character by the character of your friends. Why is that?  It is because when you lie down with dogs, you get fleas. Inevitably, we become more and more like the people we surround ourselves with day to day.

If you surround yourself with people who are dishonest and willing to cut corners to get ahead, then you’ll surely find yourself following a pattern of first enduring their behavior, then accepting their behavior, and finally adopting their behavior. If you want to build a reputation as a person of integrity, then surround yourself with people of integrity.

A wise man said: “Do what is right, let the consequence follow.” Let this quote serves as a daily reminder to you that success will indeed come and go, but integrity is forever.
God bless you

5 Occultists Surrender To The Authority Of Jesus Christ

0

Five occultists have been arrested by the Holy Spirit and transformed at the Kambale Assembly in Kabanye District in the Wa Area of The Church of Pentecost.

The five young men whose names and ages were given as Isaac Abudi, 19; Isahid Samuel, 28; Razak, 19; Issahaku, 20 and Muesdeen, 20, gave their lives to Christ Jesus on Sunday, June 9, 2019 when they went to the church purposely to dance during church service.

The young men were passing by when two of them decided to enter the church auditorium to dance during a time of praises. The two were followed by their leader in the person of Isahid Samuel alias Allizini Black Powers, and the others followed suit.

The five were offered seats to fellowship together after which they were led to Christ by the PENSA Travelling Secretary for the Upper West Sector, Pastor Samuel Yankey, who fellowshiped with the assembly on that fateful day.

After giving their lives to Christ, the church prayed for them. They were touched by the Holy Spirit and began to manifest the demonic spirit, after which they confessed to being occultists. They went back home and returned to the church with their fetishes for deliverance. Pastor Yankey and the Presiding Elder, Prosper Grami, led the church to burn the items amidst prayers by the members.

The quintet were later in the day baptized by the District Minister, Pastor Robert Ebo Mensah, who encouraged them to continue fellowshipping with the church.

They promised to halt their occultic practices although it was their only source of livelihood at the moment. They also assured leaders of the church that they would close down the facebook and other social media accounts that aided their occultic activities.

Seven days later, the leader of the group, Isahid led four other people to the church to also give their lives to Christ.

Anne Graham Lotz Recalls Supernatural ‘Miracle’ That Took Place At Billy Graham’s Funeral

0

Evangelist Anne Graham Lotz has said a “miracle” took place when the Holy Spirit “supernaturally equipped” her to deliver a powerful message at the funeral of her iconic evangelist father, Billy Graham, in March of 2018.

On Father’s Day, Lotz, founder of AnGeL Ministries and the third daughter of Graham, wrote on her blog that one of her “recurring nightmares is to find myself on a stage with people looking at me, yet I have no prepared message to give.”

“As my father became older and more feeble, I was advised to prepare well in advance for any remarks I might be asked to give at his service,” she recalled. “Yet as hard as I tried, I could not come up with anything beforehand. I trusted that God would give me what He wanted me to say, if and when the time came.”

Billy Graham passed away on February 21, 2018 and his death set in motion an entire series of events that ran almost 24-7 until his funeral service on March 2 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Lotz said she, along with her siblings, had agreed to speak at their father’s funeral —  but “in the days that followed, I literally had no time at all to prepare.”

One hour before the service began, Lotz admitted she terrified to speak, knowing the audience would include the president of the United States and his wife, the vice-president and his wife, the governor of our state, senators, congressmen, and “just about every well-known leader in the evangelical world.”

“Yet I had nothing prepared to say! So I put my head down on a table, closed my eyes, and thought I would pass out. I couldn’t even pray. It was as though my reoccurring nightmare had become a reality,” she wrote.

But as she walked up to the podium to speak, a “miracle occurred.”

“When I stood at the podium, all the fear, dizziness, and grief fell away,” the evangelist wrote. “What was left was a clarity of thought and a prophetic message that I knew, even as I heard my own words pouring forth, was a manifestation of the Spirit of God who is Jesus in me.”

“I knew, and am still convinced today, that it was the Spirit’s supernatural equipping of God’s feeble child for that moment,” she declared. “I believe my father was honored, Jesus was exalted, and God was glorified as His Word went forth to the entire world through television, livestream, and social media.”

Lotz concluded: “And if God could do that for me, He can do it for you, too …Tell others that they have a Heavenly Father who loves them. Who sent His own Son to die to take away their sin and guilt. And that if they place their faith in Him, they would be forgiven, reconciled to the Father, and receive eternal life. Just do it! Scared!”

At her father’s funeral, Lotz urged the Church, the world, and herself to “wake up!”
