EMPOWERMENT SUMMIT 2019 OPENS IN ACCRA

Empowerment summit, a conference for pastors and ministry minded believers held by Bishop Agyin Asare every year has opened its 2019 edition in Accra.

The Conference has Bishop Tudor Bismark of Zimbabwe, Apostle Dr. P. S. Evangelist Rambabu from Bangalore India and host bishop Agyin Asare as speakers. The conference has morning and evening sessions and promises to take ministers of the gospel to another level of empowerment in their ministries. The venue of the conference is the Perez Chapel headquarters, Dzorwulu.

We had a great crowd at the Seaside Park in Bridgeport, CT, for the #DecisionAmerica Northeast Tour. Although the radar showed rain for the area, we thank God that He held it off until after I had preached the Gospel message.

I asked the crowd there this question, and I’ll ask you the same:

Have you ever thought about just running—from your family, from your job, from your friends? Running away doesn’t always make us happy or solve our problems.

There’s only One who is the answer; only One who can save you—that’s Jesus Christ.

We give God the glory for every person who made the life-changing decision to come to Him in repentance and faith.

Special Day Of Prayer

Along with 250+ Christian leaders, I am asking followers of Christ across our nation to set aside next Sunday, June 2, as a special day of prayer for the President, Donald J. Trump.

President Trump’s enemies continue to try everything to destroy him, his family, and the presidency. In the history of our country, no president has been attacked as he has. I believe the only hope for him, and this nation, is God.

This is a critical time for America. We’re on the edge of a precipice. Time is short. We need to pray for God to intervene. We need to ask God to protect, strengthen, encourage, and guide the President.

We know that God hears and answers prayer. He can soften hearts and change minds. He is all-powerful, and He rules over the affairs of nations. The Bible instructs us to pray for those in authority, “that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior” (1 Timothy 2:2–3).

On June 2, we ask that pastors would lead their congregations in praying for the President, that Sunday schools and other groups would join together and pray, and that individuals and families across the country would have a special focus on praying for the President that day.

Healing Is Your Portion

*Proverbs 3:5-8* 
_Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and He will make straight your paths. 7 Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. 8 It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones._

The natural thing to tell someone who has some sickness in his body is to go and see a doctor or someone in the health profession for help.

If you do that, no one will raise a finger because everyone sees them as the people who have exercised themselves in the ways of physical healing of the human body. So what is the writer of Proverbs trying to tell us in today’s passage?

He is sending us back to the Creator of the human body, who knows what is happening in your body as you read this passage even at this moment. You do not need to narrate anything to Him.

He knows it all and He has already provided for your healing. The writer under the influence of the Holy Spirit brings to light God’s pathway to walking daily in physical health – trust in the Lord and always acknowledge Him, fear Him and turn away from evil.

One would think that doing what the writer said will bring only spiritual blessings. He says it will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.

We all know flesh and bones are not in the spirit. They are in your body. So now you know one sure way to walk in physical health. Do you want to try to see if it works?

Then get ready for the testimony, because it works.

The word of God has power to heal your body without side effects of the medicines you take.

Study the word!

The Seed

You carry the seed of Abraham, the seed that cannot die – His name is the Living God, Everlasting Father, El-Shaddai.

When you carry Him on the inside, they can try to bury you in a hole, in a dead end job, in a lousy existence, and leave you single for years, barren for many years of marriage.

They can write your obsequies and spread the word that you are down and will never come up … but the devil is a liar.

What they don’t realise is that you are not in the hands of an undertaker, who when he puts things in the ground, they are dead and buried.

You are in the hands of a Gardener, who when He plants something, knows it is a seed and that sooner or later, it’s going to come back up.

You are coming back up Other people may be buried but in Christ, you have been planted because Jesus is the root of Jesse and when you have roots, you can bring forth, fruits and a harvest.

You can be fruitful and productive.

You are coming up in Jesus name.

“…the Lord will make you the head and not the tail, and you will always be on top and never at the bottom.”
Deuteronomy 28:13 NLT

There is a reward from above that sets you apart and lifts you among your peers – the reward of promotion.

This is a covenant blessing of God that always puts you on top; you become a leader wherever you go and become the yardstick by which others are judged.

To enjoy this covenant reward, there is a responsibility on your part to observe what the above scripture says earlier that,
“If you listen to these commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you today and if you carefully obey them…”

If only you would listen to the Word, follow the commands, and obey them carefully, these blessings that position you at the top would be your daily guarantee.

I declare when your promotion is due, you shall not be denied. You are blessed in Jesus name.

The Move Of The Spirit Of God

The Spirit of God is the executive arm of Divinity; The Father decides, The Word(The Son) declares and The Spirit delivers what has been decided and declared. It is not your energy that gets it done, it is the Spirit of God. The Spirit of God is the Executive arm of Divinity; the Father decides the word

The creative works of God are carried out by the Spirit of God (Gen. 1:1-2)

3 Dimensions of the works

  1. The creative works of God, where something needs to be created the spirit gets it done
  2. The Resurrection or restorative word is career by the spirit of God Ezekiel 37:1-10
  3. The impossible works of God are carried by the Spirit of God Zachariah 4:6 by my Spirit says the Lord

There is nothing qualified before to be impossible where the Spirit of God is. The spirit of God has the character of the wind Acts 2:1 John 3:8

 

THE CHARACTER OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD:

Unpredictable (John 3:8; Job 9:10; Rom. 11:33) Anytime you attempt to predict the move of God, you miss the Spirit of God

  1. Unpredictable, the winds are unpredictable so also is the Spirit unpredictable John 3:8 every time a man attempt to predict God you miss the Spirit of God Job 9:10 Romans 11:33
  2. Unstoppable: the wind is unstoppable so the Spirit of God is unstoppable, this means nobody can block the move of God, any attempt to block the wind create more ways Isaiah 43:13
  3. Expeditious: quick swift, rapid, a high degree of urgency
  4. Recognizable, John 3:8 audible, you can hear it, Luke 7:22
  5. Forcible: like hurricane, forceful, powerful. The move of God is a powerful move of God

Keys to the move of God

  1. Thirst Isaiah 44:3 –
  2. Prayer Acts 2: 1-5, desperate prayer, father we need the move of your Spirit love over our land, move over my family.
  3. Ephesians 5:19 Praise:
